Working International Visas Ltd (“Working In” “we”, “us” or “our”) provides immigration advice, assistance and services to employers and individuals (“Services”).
VisaTrack, available at www.visatrack.co.nz (the “Website”), is an online platform used and managed by Working In, to record, hold and track information. This VisaTrack Privacy Policy relates specifically to personal information collected, stored, used and transferred in connection with VisaTrack and should be read together with our general Privacy Policy available at https://workingin.nz/privacy-policy/.
The Services that Working In provides include:

Working In assists with the advice, preparation and lodgement of applications, and uses the Website to record, hold and access client information.

Working In provides visa-tracking services to employers through the Website, by recording and tracking immigration information related to their company and employees.

Storing information
Working In has a legal obligation to protect any personal information we collect from you.

Licensed Immigration Advisers of Working In, and any other persons engaged by the adviser, also have an obligation under the Licensed Immigration Advisers Authority Code of Conduct to preservethe confidentiality of a client, except in the following circumstances:

with the client’s written consent; or

if making a complaint to the Immigration Advisers Authority relating to another adviser or reporting an alleged offence under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007; or

for the administration of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007; or

as required by law.
Information is held and managed in accordance with the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014, and held for as long as is required for the purposes for which it is collected and as long as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
Purpose of collecting information
If you are an employee of a New Zealand employer that uses our Service to manage your visa data, we may collect personal information about you from your employer.
Your employer is required to keep track of your visa and employment conditions to ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations. We use the information to:

Help you and your employer track your immigration status in New Zealand;

Help you and your employer track your visa conditions and expiry; and

Communicate with you and your employer about the Service and updates.
When you are communicating with us or engaging Working In for a Service, you may choose to provide us with your personal information.
When you engage with Working In for a service, the information is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. We use the information to:

Registered users
An employer that uses Working In’s visa-tracking services becomes a registered user of the Website. Information is collected to manage the account and to determine how the Website is used. Registered users can browse this Website without disclosing any personal data. However, we collect statistical information about your visit to help us analyse usage and improve the Website. This information includes, but is not limited to:

Working In may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, among other things, changes in our data collection or processing practices, the functionality of VisaTrack or legal requirements. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website.
If you continue to visit the Website, continue to use our Services or continue to interact with us after the updated VisaTrack Privacy Policy comes into effect, then this will indicate that you have agreed to our changes.
